Being a huge classic movies buff, my favorite jigsaw puzzles are those from the Legends of the Silver Screen series. Made by the MasterPieces Puzzle Company, these 750 piece puzzles feature the famous like of James Dean, Humphry Bogart, Marilyn Monroe, and Elvis.

4 of a Kind

James Dean, Humphry Bogart playing poker while Marilyn Monroe distracts Elvis by showing a little leg. It looks like they are playing in some kind of private suite or in a lounge.

Midnight Matinee

This puzzle is probably my favorite with Elvis and Marilyn making out in a phone booth and James Dean looking on… Humphry Bogart is oddly standing looking out at the street. The group are in front of a Movie theater backdrop.

One of the most popular jigsaw puzzles currently on the market today is Maspieces, Inc’s Dan Hatala Puzzle Series. There are currently 6 puzzles in this series and all depict a slice of Americana from cars to planes and everything else in between.

This weeks puzzle of the week come from Ravensburger, one of the largest manufacturer of puzzles in the world. While not as dominant in the US market they control much of the European market with exclusive rights their for puzzles from Disney and other major licences.

This weeks featured Jigsaw puzzle is the World Globe 500 pc 3D Spherical Jigsaw Puzzle made by Buffalo Games. The puzzle is one of the most popular puzzles in my store and when completed is magnificent. It’s 3 dimensional so it is a little different and more complicated to build than the traditional flat puzzles. However, you will love the end result.

This weeks Jigsaw Puzzle selection is a new Hautman Brothers puzzle made by Buffalo Games. The previous Hautman Brothers puzzles had been a big success and this new addition joins five other popular puzzles in the series .

It is a beatiful 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzle called Labs in Marsh, The Puzzle Retails for $15.99 USD.
